To protect our owner's investments and ensure security for our residents, Short Term Rentals (including, but not limited to AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) are banned on corporation property. Owners and tenants involved in Short Term Rentals may be subject to legal action and all costs of said legal action will be passed to the owner of the suite in question as a lien-able chargeback.
